2008 Player Representatives & Contact Information

In the spirit of our mission, as an organization, we created the Players Association and its Player
Representatives to act as a liaison for player-to-player relationships, as well as the players-coach
relationships for the benefit of all said groups and individuals.

Player Representatives are appointed by the organization's front office and coaching staff. 
Representatives have the duty of communicating, positively and productively, the Rules and 
Regulations, by-laws, and Code of Ethics / Conduct as supplied by the Club, as well as 
addressing the concerns and the needs of the players in the capacity of the social climate and the 
welfare of the players. The Player Representatives exhibit the standard of professionalism and the
capability to present a level of leadership.

The Crusaders Players Association is not a mandated program (meaning it is not forced nor required) 
by the league or The Crusaders Minor League Football Club. It is however, an organization created by
the Director of Football Operations to nurture and bridge the Player - Coach - Organization relationships.
